How you start your morning sets the tone for your entire day. We wanted to see if a small shift in information consumption could yield measurable results in productivity and mood.

The Methodology

We tracked 100 participants over 14 days. Group A continued their usual routine (mostly social media and mainstream news). Group B spent their first 5 minutes of screen time on Brightcast.

The Results

Participants in Group B reported 25% lower stress levels throughout the morning and a 15% increase in self-reported productivity. The "priming" effect of positive news created a more resilient mindset for tackling daily challenges.
