Most kids on "Dress Up Day" aim for astronaut or superhero. Maybe a princess, if they're feeling particularly regal. But one four-year-old in Clinton, Mississippi, had a very specific, and frankly, much cooler, aspiration: Mr. Bubba.
Mr. Bubba Cable is the facilities manager at First Baptist Clinton, and apparently, he's a rockstar. According to Kim Evrard, the Weekday Preschool Director, Mr. Bubba handles everything. The entire church, all the preschool needs — he's the man.

So when it came time for "Dress As What You Want To Be When You Grow Up Day," this particular preschooler didn't hesitate. He showed up as the spitting image of his hero, complete with a walkie-talkie, keys, and a cell phone. Because apparently, that's what peak professionalism looks like when you're four.

The video of their meeting is exactly as heartwarming as you'd expect, which, if you think about it, is both impressive and slightly terrifying for anyone who's ever tried to get a preschooler to do anything.
Mr. Bubba, a grandfather of four, clearly adores the kids right back. He noted that children are "the most honest people," which is a polite way of saying they'll tell you exactly what they think of your outfit, your singing, and your life choices.
In a world full of big dreams, sometimes the most impactful ones are a little closer to home. Someone's out there making sure the lights stay on and the doors open, and apparently, that's a job worth aspiring to. Let that sink in.
