Bengaluru Auto Driver's Unexpected Assist Goes Viral

Chetna Saraf and her sister noticed an auto driving unusually close to a woman on a scooter. Not in an aggressive, road-rage kind of way, but with a peculiar, almost balletic precision. Turns out, the scooter had given up the ghost, leaving its rider stranded.

Enter Tanzeem, the auto driver in question. Instead of just driving past, he became an impromptu, human-powered tow truck. For a solid 10 to 15 minutes, he used his foot — yes, his actual foot — to gently push the broken-down scooter along, all while still navigating Bengaluru's legendary traffic in his own vehicle.

He kept at it until the woman reached a spot where she could properly sort out her defunct ride. It was a small, almost absurdly simple act, but one that clearly resonated. Chetna, understandably impressed by this one-man roadside assistance crew, shared the story online. Her hope? To remind everyone that a little humanity still exists, even on the busiest streets.
