Padmini wanted to offer guidance. She spent the next year developing a model to support women before and during pregnancy. This led to Livf.women's creation in 2021.

The startup quickly gained attention. It won a Rs 10 lakh grant from StartupTN's TANSEED 2021. Today, the app has helped over two lakh women.
