We love a good out-of-the-box talent. When someone accomplishes something we never even thought possible, it’s even better. If that’s your kind of thing, too, let us introduce you to Cody Sabol. He’s an artist, a painter to be exact, but it’s not like any other painting you’ve probably ever seen.
He appeared on KDKA’s Talk Pittsburgh to share his painting with viewers. Cody finger paints. No, this isn’t your 3-year-old’s preschool project. Cody finger painted Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf on live TV in a flash.

As he created the outline and shading, it looked like a real person. But the time he got to the eyes, there was no doubt Buddy the Elf was looking right at us. “Painting Will Ferrell’s Elf in less than 6 minutes!! Who should I paint next!?

Cody’s fans loved the new finger paint project and jumped in with their favorite Elf moments. “Would you rather eat the dessert spaghetti or have a snowball fight with Buddy the Elf?
Either way, you eat cotton balls and smell like beef and cheese,” a fan asked. “Byeeee Buddy, hope you find your dad!” Another person joked. This fan had a few suggestions for Cody to paint next. “Christmas Vacation.
Cousin Eddie and Clark. Home Alone crew Kevin, Marv, Harry,” they wrote. This fan paid Cody’s new finger paint project a high compliment. “You know how Buddy the Elf gets excited when he finds out Santa is coming?
