Tiny houses often struggle with space for guests. The N2 house solves this with a large screened porch. This porch greatly expands the home's usable living area.
Designed by Escape, the N2 is a park model home. It is not towable and is permanently set up in Escape's Palm Court community in Florida. The house is 36 feet long and 9.6 feet wide. This is slightly wider than the standard 8.5-foot tiny house.
The exterior features timber siding and a metal roof. Its design is similar to other Escape models.

You enter the home through the screened porch, which is about 300 square feet. This space has a table and chairs for four people. There's also a large L-shaped sofa that can seat five more.
Sliding glass doors lead from the porch into the kitchen. This kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It has a sink, an oven, an induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A dishwasher is a rare luxury in a tiny house. The kitchen also has plenty of cabinets and a large closet nearby.
Next to the kitchen is the living room. It features a sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. There's also a small dining table with two seats. Large windows let in a lot of natural light.

The bedroom is further inside the home. A barn-style sliding door opens to it. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan. It also has its own glass door that opens directly onto the porch. This second entrance, along with the main one, allows a lot of fresh air to flow through the house.
On the opposite side of the house from the bedroom is the bathroom. It includes a shower/bathtub, a vanity sink, a flushing toilet, and a washer/dryer.
The N2 costs US$119,700 to buy. Owners then pay a monthly rental fee of $610 for the plot and services. This setup is similar to Escape's Shoreline model.
