The Miami tiny house offers a spacious, apartment-like layout. It spreads out over a single floor, providing 400 square feet of living space. This design aims for comfort for two people.
Phoenix Building Solutions designed the Miami. It sits on a quad-axle trailer and features engineered wood siding with timber accents. A metal roof covers the home.
This is a park model, meaning it's not made for frequent moves. It measures 34.3 feet long and 11.8 feet wide. This extra width makes it feel much roomier than many tiny houses. However, towing it on public roads requires a special permit.

The home's interior has timber tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings. It also features vinyl flooring. Large glass doors at the front open into the kitchen.
The kitchen is quite large for a tiny house. It includes an oven, cooktop, and a dual-basin stainless steel sink. There's also a microwave and a dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets provide storage. An island that doubles as a dining area for two completes the space.
Next to the kitchen is the living room. It holds a sofa, an electric fireplace, and space for a TV. A ceiling fan and a mini-split air conditioner keep the temperature comfortable.
A wooden door from the kitchen/living area leads to the bathroom. It has two sinks, which is unusual for a tiny house. The bathroom also features a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and a washer/dryer. A separate door leads to the toilet.
On the other side of the kitchen/living area, another wooden door opens to the bedroom. Because it's a single-floor layout, the bedroom has full headroom. It contains a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and a chair.
