Bezzecchi said his team worked hard after struggling in Friday's rainy practice.
"It was a tough weekend," Bezzecchi explained. "We started badly, and it was hard to stay motivated."
He praised his team's work. He also pushed himself to make up for lost time. They found a way to make the bike perform well.
Bezzecchi also adjusted his riding style. He felt better on Sunday morning and decided to fight for the win. He called it an "amazing race" and was very happy.
With this win, Bezzecchi passed KTM's Pedro Acosta. He now leads the championship by 11 points.
Bezzecchi dedicated his victory to his friend Roberto Lunadei. Lunadei was a 42-year-old mechanic who died in a road accident last week.
Track Issues
The race was shortened from 31 laps to 23. This was due to concerns about track wear and high temperatures in Goiania. The change was announced just before the race began.
Saturday's sprint race was delayed for over an hour. Officials had to repair a large hole near the starting line.
This event at the Ayrton Senna Circuit was MotoGP's first return to Brazil since 2004.
Next, MotoGP moves to North America. The US Grand Prix will be in Austin, Texas, from March 27-29.
