Craft House designed the Tommy, which sits on a triple-axle trailer. Its outside is covered in engineered wood. It has a single-pitched metal roof. Its size makes it easy to tow. It's also smaller than many tiny houses in North America, which can be twice as long.

Start Your News DetoxThe inside of the Tommy is 23.4 square meters (251 square feet). It's finished with Scandinavian spruce, which gives it a warm look. The house has a glass main entrance door and double glass doors at the front. These let in a lot of natural light.
The living room has a sofa bed and a small table. This makes the space very useful. A mini-split air conditioner and underfloor heating keep the temperature comfortable.
The kitchen is next to the living room. It has a sink, an induction cooktop, an oven, and a fridge/freezer. There's also a breakfast bar for two and plenty of cabinets.
The bathroom is on the opposite side of the house from the living room. It includes a glass-enclosed shower, a flushing toilet, a floating sink, and a washer/dryer.
Sleeping Areas
The Tommy has two loft sleeping areas with low ceilings. With the sofa bed, it can sleep up to six adults.
The main bedroom loft is reached by a staircase with built-in storage. It has enough room for a double bed and some storage. The second bedroom loft uses a clever folding staircase. This staircase stores against the wall when not in use.
This folding staircase makes it easier to get to the loft than a ladder would. It also frees up floor space in the living room. This loft also has space for a double bed.
The Tommy tiny house starts at PLN 187,000 (about US$51,300). Craft House builds these homes to fit what each buyer wants. Options include an off-grid system with solar panels and a terrace.
