This extra-wide tiny house offers a remarkably spacious interior for two people. Called the "Tiny Mansion" Solace, it also features a large rooftop terrace, perfect for hosting parties.

Removed Tiny Homes designed the Solace as part of its Tiny Mansion line. It sits on a triple-axle trailer, measuring 10 meters (32.8 feet) long and 3.4 meters (11.1 feet) wide. The exterior combines corrugated metal and timber, and it includes a large ground-floor deck.

Rooftop Entertaining

One common issue with tiny homes is the lack of space for entertaining. The Solace solves this with its large rooftop terrace. Exterior steps lead up to this area, which has enough room for multiple tables and chairs.

The home's interior spans 67 square meters (720 square feet) and is all on one floor. Large windows, including five-panel bi-fold doors, let in plenty of natural light. The open layout and modern design make the most of the extra width, which is more generous than a typical tiny house.

Interior Comforts

The added space is most noticeable in the kitchen and living area. This space features a large L-shaped sofa facing the glass entrance. The kitchen comes with an oven, a two-burner propane cooktop, a sink, a fridge/freezer, and ample cabinetry. There's also a dining table for four.

A small hallway connects to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is spacious for a tiny house, offering lots of storage, a vanity sink, a flushing toilet, and a glass-enclosed shower. It also includes a stacked washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has its own glass doors to the outside and plenty of headroom. It fits a double bed and some storage.

The Solace's interior has an open kitchen that makes good use of the home's additional width

The Solace is available for AUD 227,990, which is about US$163,000, plus delivery within Australia.
