The Lucia tiny house by Vagabond Haven offers a different take on small living. It prioritizes a spacious interior over easy portability. This makes it more like a small cottage than a typical tiny house on wheels.
The home is designed for permanent placement. It arrives by truck and measures 7.5 meters (24.6 feet) long. What makes it stand out is its width of 4 meters (13 feet). This is much wider than the usual 2.6 meters (8.5 feet) for tiny houses.
Inside the Lucia
The Lucia has a rustic look with large glass doors at the front and another entrance on the side. Inside, light colors, natural materials, and a high ceiling create an open, airy feel. The total living space is 30 square meters (322 square feet). Buyers can choose between painted plasterboard, wood paneling, or birch plywood finishes.
