Most college grads pose with a cap, gown, and maybe a slightly deflated balloon. Katalina Daley? She went for the full reptilian experience. For her graduation photos, Daley, a recent Environmental Science grad, decided to swap out the traditional teddy bear for a couple of actual alligators. Because, apparently, that's where we are now. And honestly? It's pretty brilliant.
Daley, whose Instagram bio boldly declares, "Pretty girls care about wildlife," has been working at Gator Country Adventure Park & Sanctuary in Beaumont, Texas, for the past year. She's quick to remind everyone that even though she's comfortable, safety is always paramount. These are, after all, still wild animals. Which makes the shot of her planting a kiss directly on an alligator's snout all the more impressive. And, let's be honest, slightly terrifying.

It's a reminder that sometimes, the best way to get people to pay attention to conservation is to, well, kiss a gator.
